ONE WAY UP

From darkness to light this is the time to speak the truth and to be unashamed of the ANCIENT OF DAYS. Every knee will bow and every nation, tribe, and tongue will confess that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD of all. In answer to my causin Sean's question about what Pat Robertson said --- I have copied and pasted below (scroll down)what history I could find and the links from the archived information. I personally read the history of Haiti from 1600's up until 1946. Though Pat Robertson might have irritated the majority by the statement he made, I would like to point out the fact that he is still sending mega funds, and doing a great deal for disaster relief for those in that particular area. Could we possibly be missing the point? ALL have sinned. All are without excuse. Jesus died for ALL while we were yet in our sins. All who continue to practice ungodliness and willingly participate in unrighteousness by not turning from their own ways and failing to acknowledge and love the truth wil...

FORGET NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS

Psalm 103 ...FORGET NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS.

MAKE YOUR MOVE

It's not about what we do, or where we go, or who we meet...it's about keeping all eyes on Jesus. (I think it is interesting looking back that I wrote these thoughts in 2003, it brings plenty more testimonies to mind.) All thoughts, all hope, all desires, at all times -focused- on Him alone. To say it is one thing, to do it (actually put it into action) is something entirely different. I am convinced that no human being can ever know themselves or anyone else as much as they desire or should, unless first they know JESUS as deeply and as intimately as they could. So please my friends, PRESS ON...in everyway to know Him and make Him known. This is a song that I truly feel screams the message that my heart lives to tell as long as I live. I DARE YOU TO MOVE -Towards Jesus and all that HE has for you. He has so much more for you than you could ever reach for yourself. Welcome to the planet welcome to existance everyone's here everybody's watching you now everybody waits f...

WRESTLE SOME

Some of us have a need to wrestle or be wrestled to the ground, and we may not even realize it. Much good can come from the fight, you might be a mess when it's all over, but you will be thankful that you are alive. You will understand your need for heavens help. You might recall the moment of intimidation or the point of absolute determination to not give up or give into defeat. You might have some marks, scars, and lingering pain from getting beat down, but you will have no regrets when you get back up. Wrestle some, don't be dumb. You need to wrestle. You need to fight! How else will you learn to get back up? You must not be afraid to fail before God. Get back up! We get back up when we choose to look up. When we look at ourselves, or look around and compare, or allow our thoughts to turn inward we cave into despair. Do yourself a favor, don't go there. Keep your eyes on Jesus so that your face will be radiant and never covered with shame. If you are looking anywhere els...

2009 MERCY ROAD

Precious Treasure of God: I pray these words meet your heart like a much needed embrace. May you realize the deep riches of God’s love for you in the midst of your daily struggles, and be unafraid to fall apart at the feet of love. Victory is the end of each of our stories, if we will just be still and trust the One who made us…the only One who can save us, and keep us from falling, and present us blameless before the Father. No matter what you are passing through the Lord is able to deliver and sustain you. He really is more than enough. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. Psalm 34:6 Last winter I dedicated my time to writing a book. Sitting on the floor of my friend’s kitchen in Missouri one night, the idea of LET ME LOVE YOU (as long as time endures) came to me as we were sharing our hearts. In a few chapters there are some confessions that might dash some people’s ideas of the person they think I am or am not. Either way, I pray t...

PRIVATE MATTERS

Feeling strange? Maybe a little odd? Out of place? Uncomfortableness comes when we do not practice private worship at home, and then in public gatherings we try our best to make a go of it. It could be compared to being roommates with someone you do not really know. You have no intentions on really knowing them or getting to know them, yet you find yourself attempting to appear to others as if you are actually friends, but the awkwardness only gets worse by trying to engage that person in surface conversations. It happens every day. Worship is 24 hours a day. In thought, in word, in actions. Who and how we are in public reflects on who we really are when we are alone with God in private. Worship flows out of genuine relationship. Heartfelt service and love for others comes from true intimacy with God. Without genuine relationship and true intimacy with God, all that we have is just 'stuff,' and all that we do is just 'show.' Please read the articles below written by: ...

GOOD TIMES EH?

I would like to propose an answer to some of todays economic problems. I will be happy to assist any of you in obtaining a savings plan or reality check. Especially when it comes to saving money on useless nothing, and encouraging you to live a life worthy of why God made you. For those of you who look high and low in a world of darkness and hurt for places to go "have a good time," that will leave you disoriented, wanting to yack your guts out with nausia, headache, and room spinning mindlessness. Dropping all kinds of money just for that couple of quality hours in the wasteland. I would be happy to assist you in obtaining that experience or feeling for only half the price of the local bars or social clubs. Swinging 2x4's upside the head a few times, maybe a punch or two to the guts, and a few buckets of ice water would create the same effects, but most likely would be a lot less harmful to your body and your wallet ---than gulping poison until you can't see straight...
