EARNESTLY CONTEND
"They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them." Proverbs 28:4 "Contend" is to engage in a fight. To struggle, to strive, to stretch, to not give way to fear. Being unfraid to stand in the face of opposition, upholding the truth, and living by it... is contending for the faith. "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints." Jude 1:3 EARNESTLY CONTEND. . .constantly. . .no clocking out. No slacking off. . .no short cuts . . .no compromising . . .no watering down the truth. Being earnest is hardcore, non-stop, raw, rugged, sincerely, on purpose, making every effort, to intentionally, zealously, be diligent in living. . . what pleases THE KING. [IT'S TIME TO RISE UP!
