LIVE LOVE

He has overcome the world. Some of the beginnings of actual tribulation is when you decide not to be silent in the presence of evil. I am here to read you your rights. According to the Word of God He states that No man can come to the Father except by Jesus. And all who come to Him will in no wise be cast out. If you come to Him you will have rest for your souls. If you stay your mind on Him you will be kept in perfect peace. You will not be disappointed, you will not be put to shame for trusting in Him. If you look to Him your face will be radiant. If you pay attention to His Words and take them to heart it will be life to you and health to all of your flesh. It is also your right to reject the truth, the God of all, King of Kings. You may do so by exalting your own opinion or that of others above the Word of God. And it is your choice to not come to Him, and accept the consequences of that, no rest. Pray first, pray during, pray after. Praying people pray. Prayer should be more than just a thought. It is a personal discipline. It is the result of willing obedience. It is appropriate for any and all occassions. "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. When I pulled in the parking lot tonight realized two people in their large sports utility vehicle. Their car would not start. They had not figured out how to open the hood, much less diagnose the situation. I pondered the possibilities. Got out of my truck, asked some questions, opened the hood and gazed in. For the love of God Saints, stop playing games with the darkness! What are you thinking?! Participating in evil. Smiling and dressing up for the traditions of this world and its practices. Sick. You are salt and light. You are not of this world. To put it bluntly --- I think it would be safe to say that Jesus did not accommodate the evils of his time. Attending festivals and catering to the worldliness of his day and age. He most likely was not concerned that he would offend those who serve false gods, by being true and holding fast to His confession of faith that was accompanied by his deeds that were done in righteousness. "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." I John 2:15 Be more concerned with offending the heart of the One who spilled His blood for you, than busying yourself trying to fit in with the world and its traditions. Salt and light burns, it purifies, it preserves...and so...

"That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Christ Jesus..." I Peter 1:7 It should not astound us or surprise us when trials come. If we are familiar with the Word of God we will know that tribulation comes to everyone that follows Jesus Christ. We can TAKE HEART and know that Jesus is GREATER than any trials that we will ever face and that He has overcome the world. The testing of our faith produces..."perseverence." James 1:3 Each one of us needs to go through some things that we may know in whom we believe. If we learn to persevere we will not give up, no matter what. That's the kind of faith and endurance that is required on the part of the Saint. Relentless love and determination to follow the KING OF KINGS and to obey His word regardless of what comes our way. So let the trials come and do their job --- TRY ME.

ARE YOU READY for anything? It is not good to continue to make excuses for yourself as to why you are putting off what you know you need to do or say. Why are you measuring life according to what makes you happy? Do not keep telling yourself once things change you will be happy. You will be happy when you decide to be thankful no matter what. Do you realize that what you do today is preparing you for tomorrow? Most people do not keep that thought in mind. It is inconvenient to think that this very moment matters so much. If you did value the present you might act differently. Why do we treat time like it is something we have too much of and need to get rid of it? Instead of waiting for tradgedy to strike or some national disaster to hit nearby, or new years eve to come around...to make some evaluations and come to grips with what is going on inside your heart. Why not do that daily? Why not search the Word of God and ask God to reveal to you what needs to change in you so that you will...

Who do you think brings the persuasions that produce the opposite of love, joy, peace, patience, and self control? What about strifes, confusions, envyings, jealousies, anger? Could be worth looking into. Afterall, it sure takes up alot of our time eh? "But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
