THIS IS A TEST
This is a test. Can you not see it? In whom is your hope? Where is your faith? Are you firmly planted on the ROCK CHRIST JESUS? Then you cannot and will not be shaken or put to shame. Be glad. Rejoice. Give thanks. Greater is He within you than he that is in the world!
DAILY CHOICES DETERMINE MORE THAN WHAT WE MIGHT REALIZE. THE EFFECTUAL FERVANT PRAYERS OF THE RIGHTEOUS MAN AVAILETH MUCH. WATCH AND PRAY. Saints of GOD, I tell you TAKE HEART. Just as Jesus said, that in the last days evil would wax worse and worse. There will be tribulation in this world, but take heart! Take heart! He has overcome the world. Some of the beginnings of actual tribulation is when you decide not to be silent in the presence of evil. If you stand up for the truth and are unashamed for righteousness --- YOU WILL BE PERSECUTED. Fear not, for the Lord your God is with you and He is mighty to save and strong to deliver. Get down on your knees, on your face, and cry out to God for wisdom on how to live and be salt and light in this dark world. Many things are about to change, have been slowly changing already, so hang on... Hold onto Jesus with all that you are. Every thing else is sinking sand, falling apart, and being shaken to bits.
Each day we must choose whom we will serve. Life or death? Jesus or Money? It is not just our vote that counts, but our daily decisions of compromise or faithfulness that will impact many. This nation did not fall overnight. It has spilled the blood of many children (partial birth abortion/abortions) for many years. We have called good evil and evil good. Some who call themselves by Jesus' name have practiced and approved of those things that are an abomination in His sight. We should be hating what he hates. As individuals and as a country, we wink and smile at wickedness, deceitfulness, and idolatry. Seeing that greed and selfish ambition are a few of the things that we have sown, are we so delusional to think that good will spring up from such an investment?
What should we do? REPENT! REPENT! REPENT! Thank God for the mercy He has so graciously bestowed upon us, and realize that a house divided against itself cannot stand. So are we divided within our very self? Are we murdering our own and calling it something else? Are we embracing hell and labeling it "open mindedness, peace and safety?" Do we serve other gods? Perphaps the work of our own hands? our appetites and lust? entertainment? habits?
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." II Chronicles 7:14
