VICTOR NOT VICTIM

"ALL THINGS THAT ARE MINE ARE YOURS, AND ALL THINGS THAT ARE YOURS BELONG TO ME..." John 17:10 "The lions may grow hungry and weak, but those who seek the Lord will lack no good thing. " Psalm 34:10 No where in God's word is there a promise (at least that I have found) that we will not pass through hardship and difficulties. No matter what- the people of God have no reason to panic if their trust is in the Lord. "For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning to me and resting in me you shall be saved; in quietness and in trusting confidence shall be your strength. But you would not...the Lord longs to be gracious to you; and therefore He lifts Himself up, that He may have mercy on you and show loving-kindness to you. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for Him, who expect and look and long for Him for His victory, His favor, His love, His peace, His joy, and His matchless, unbroken companionship!" Isaiah 30:15,18 "I have set the Lord continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved." Psalm 16:8 Brothers and Sisters: seek the Lord, set the Lord always before you. Do not forget to give to all who ask. If you have nothing to give, petition the Lord (The Giver of every good and perfect thing) to give you something to give. Afterall, He is the one who said to ask. Give thanks always. Don't forget to tell all of the faithfulness of your God. That He is the God that heals you, that supplies all your needs, that He is more than enough.

TIME DEVOTED

When all the noise and chaos stops, then what do you got? When you cease to live for the approval of others and are no longer in competition with the best of them... suddenly you've got more time on your hands. It seems it is always a good time to reflect, review, and acknowledge what could be stealing precious time and resources and keeping us from being devoted to who and what really matters.                                                    The WORD of GOD and PRAYER. “The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. (Isaiah 41:17) IF WE WOULD DARE TO ADMIT IT, we are the poor and needy. We all need prayer and immediate assistance and direction and help even just to call on the name of Jesus, or pick up His Word daily. Pray for me to spend time as I should, not neglecting the little things.

HINDSIGHT 2020

I can see clearly now the rain is gone...and HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE ... I am slowly but surely getting there. I have not been in any position to write updates like I would have liked too. That's ok. I am embracing some new normals and thanking God for every drop of mercy and grace and going forward that is happening. HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!
