LIVE LOVE

It is very dangerous to get away from the Word of God. The Word of God has no substitutes. Nothing and no one can takes its place. Truth is truth and there is no escaping it or getting around it. There are plenty of look-a-likes, sound-a-likes, but there is only one genuine article. You wouldn't know an imposter if you have not known the genuine. I urge you to study the Word of God and do not fall for the 'feel good' or 'look good' or 'sounds good' version of the truth. Deuteronomy 4:2 "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you." Amos 8:11 "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD..." "But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it." Luke 11:28

Can you begin to imagine what would happen if our frustrations were transferred and as untollerated and intensely determined to solve and gain access to each others hearts and lives, as it is from not being able to promptly connect with the wireleess internet service? Some changes would be happening quickly, reconciliation, restoration, forgiveness, and intimacy with God like we never thought possible. What will we do to get connected? To stay connected? Whatever it takes. Whatever it cost. Whatever is hindering progress get it out of the way. Whatever is blocking the connection get to the bottom of it. "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently..." I Peter 1:22

Are you making long distance calls home? Feeling far from the Lord? Actually seeking Him only if you have time, and that time hardly ever comes around for all the work you have to do. God wants you to come close to Him. Take care of your garden and the little flock God has given you. "Interpreting other people's commitment through your own standards? Think everybody's out to lunch except for you? Are you keeping your own heart? Do you have untempered zeal?" ---Mike Bickle Have you forgotten your quest? To know Him. True intimacy. Cultivate it. Invest your life in others. Give yourself to prayer. Live God's word out and love others the way that He loves you. I Peter 2:11,12 "Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul. Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us."

As children of God we should not be offended, much less easily offended. We should be on the offense, discerning the enemies schemes, and being quick to recognize when others around us are under attack. This calls for practicing frequent forgiveness and forgetfulness. Defending ourselves is unecessary if we are selflessly pursuing The Kingdom of God. When we are asking God to empty us of self and we are walking according to the Spirit, then we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Our human nature always makes excuses for its own behaviour and justifies itself in its own eyes. Which of course results in blaming others (since adam and eve in the garden) and accusations and fault finding. Who is the accuser of the brethren? So what do you think is happening when you are continually at odds with others? You are "off sides" as we used to call it. You are standing on the opposing team's turf. "With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another ...

"FOR THUS SAITH THE LORD THAT CREATED THE HEAVENS; GOD HIMSELF THAT FORMED THE EARTH AND MADE IT; HE HATH ESTABLISHED IT, HE CREATED IT NOT IN VAIN, HE FORMED IT TO BE INHABITED: I AM THE LORD; AND THERE IS NONE ELSE." Can you really say there is "none else" in your life or that you "look unto him" and are saved? Does your life proclaim The Kingdom of God? Or do your lips utter praise when your heart is not following in God's ways? "REMEMBER THE FORMER THINGS OF OLD: FOR I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE ELSE; I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE LIKE ME, DECLARING THE END FROM THE BEGINNING, AND FROM ANCIENT TIMES THE THINGS THAT ARE NOT YET DONE, SAYING, MY COUNSEL SHALL STAND, AND I WILL DO ALL MY PLEASURE..." Isaiah 46:9-10

Dear Friends, It’s no mystery the world is experiencing tremendous times of uncertainly, “That’s just life when you’re in the dark!!!” I’m thinking this must be the greatest hour of opportunity to help people see clearly. Many are depressed and trouble with the global meltdown, but if we stand firm on the rock of truth we will not be affected by the economic shake down. A one world order is about to be established just as the Bible has proclaimed. The leader of this new world order will come with great fame to the world. His true name will be none other than the Antichrist. The final pieces of the puzzle are now being put into place if you can’t see the big picture yet, it only because you chose to be ignorant (2 Thes. 2:10,11). When we live in darkness we cannot see, Jesus has come to give us the light of life and liberty. This world is spell bound in sin but if any man wants to know the truth Jesus will come and help him. Do you actually think that infrantry soldiers go into combat without a helmet on when in open fire and explosions around them? Every day is a battle in our lives, conversations, confrontations, experiences of all kinds, and are we using protection? We ought to be! "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Ephesians 6:11 As with anything, "putting on" takes some effort. You will put on the Whole Armor of Christ if you want to stand against the lies and schemes of the enemy. Putting on your helmet would be wise at this point. It is impossible to stand firm without God's word and He is our helmet of salvation.
