LIVE LOVE

Knock me down from the pedistol and see the real me. Dirt and water, blood and bone. I am not who you think I should be. Not who you would like me to be, but who I truly am. A real person inside, flawed, hurting, longing, desiring to be loved, desperately needing the encouragement of a true friend. There is alot more to share, but you would not allow me to come down from where you put me in your mind. Instead of desiring to know me for who I am, you question what little you perceive until insecurities keep coming, seperating and dividing, eleminating any opportunity for true communications to be established. Misperceptions come when we have not taken the time or bother to learn anymore than what we think we know. Take me down from the pedistol or leave me alone. Super Spiritual vocabulary does not build strong communications. The only place it gets you is into your own imaginery world, where not too many are welcomed there. "Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands." Psalm 138:7-8 He who delights in mercy is the one who subdues my enemies and your enemies. God help us to not shrink back from walking in the Spirit when it seems we might have forgotten how. Let us face every conflict and uncomfortable thing that might come. Never looking for the easy way out, but looking unto Jesus who desires to rescue us from ourselves, and purge us from anything that hinders us from conforming to His image. He will revive us though we walk in the midst of trouble...His hand shall save us.

No substitutes, no artifical ingredients. I think we have need for repentence for going somewhere else other than to Jesus for what we have need of. He is the ALL sufficient one, God Almighty. The Balm of Gilead. He is the God that heals. He is our Redeemer, Deliverer, Saviour, and Friend. Yet, we look for another, going here and there, attending meeting after meeting, reading all kinds of books, putting our trust in something other than Jesus. Only He has the words of life. "Come unto me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Matthew 11:28-29 Jesus said, "COME UNTO ME..." Who can say they have found rest for their souls? But only the one who has come to Jesus. The one who admits that nothing else will do. That there is no other way. The one who has realized that there is no help for them in man. What substitutes Jesus in you...

Take God's Word on it...debating is fruitless arguing. It does not do anybody any good. So why do it? In other passages of scripture we are warned against striving about words. The works of the flesh are obvious - please read Galatians chapter 5. Isaiah 58:4 "Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high." A child or a baby will look at me and smile, and at that moment I am reminded of the power of God and His great love for me as His child. When children open their little mouths and speak the unexpected, the most innocent, precious words; the enemy is stilled... I think it is a possibility that we can be looking all over for the blessings of God and not see the very ones He has already given. God help us not to overlook the children in our lives. Help us to be obedient in caring for them, in praying for them, in being thankful for the honor of temporarily being a part of their lives. Thank You God for using them to grow us ...

C'mon Children of God let's take every opportunity that we have to pray the Word of God and see His glory fill the whole earth.
