PRODUCT OF YOUR CHOICES

Galatians 6:7 BE NOT DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED: FOR WHATSOEVER A MAN SOWETH, THAT SHALL HE ALSO REAP.

 Where are you going? What are you listening too? What are you saying? What are others saying to you? Each person is the product of all that they have seen and heard and felt.

Be not deceived. DON'T BELIEVE A LIE.

Are we sowing to the flesh? The next verse says that we will reap corruption. (Read Galatians 5:16, 17)

If we live a sensual lifestyle, rebelling against the truth, acting out what we have learned of ungodly. If I listen to things that are ungodly, go places that are ungodly. I am sowing to the flesh. I am feeding it. We will be hungry for what we feed ourselves. If we watch dirty movies...we will want to watch more dirty movies. If we dress in such a way to get people's attention, we will continue to do feel the need to do that. Sowing to the flesh reaps destruction.

When you read the Word of God or share what you know of God's faithfulness... you are sowing to the spirit. You are reaping eternal life. When you think more of others more than yourself, when you consider what will keep others pure in their minds, when you guard your own heart and mind by watching good things and listening to good things... your harvest will be right living (righteousness).

As seasons change, anxieties creep in; doubts attempt to steal your peace, and cause you to second guess your decisions…slam the door on despair! Bride of Christ be aware and alert, ever watchful, remaining & abiding in Him. Open your ears, hear what the Spirit is saying to you. Do not entertain thoughts of accusations towards one another. Speak evil of no man. Realize who you are and the words of reconciliation that you have been entrusted with. (II Corinthians 5:17) Be reconciled one to another. Be reconciled to God. Reconcile all men unto God. Endeavor to keep the bond of peace. Forgive one another as God has forgiven you. Remember that He does not treat you as your sins deserve. That grace is not a excuse to keep on sinning, but merciful compassion that makes way for true repentance. HINDSIGHT 2020

I can see clearly now the rain is gone...and HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE ... I am slowly but surely getting there. I have not been in any position to write updates like I would have liked too. That's ok. I am embracing some new normals and thanking God for every drop of mercy and grace and going forward that is happening. HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!
